Valorant verifying issue fix. No need super user

Tested sa 3/3/2021 update. 1.4GB update on server side no more verifying files on Client side.

Summary:
ONE TIME SETUP
1. Edit GAMEDISK_FOLDER variable depende sa server nnyo.
2. Include yung generated client_transfer.bat sa Game Menu settings Execute Ahead.
EVERYTIME MAY UPDATE:
3. Run valorant_server.bat every update.
